shareI would have to say, all things considered: himself. Quite common with men (ducks) with power is that they're their own worst enemy.
shareCorrect, gargnob. But I'd have to say the runner up is Flintheart Glomgold. For him, it's all about competition, wanting to be on top and not caring who he has to hurt in the process. He's gone so far as to try and kill Scrooge a few times. Plus, he framed him for that picture robbery.
the picture robbery thing was the meaneast and he too framed Scrooge's cell mate, why didnt he get sent to prison for identity theft. he had to have the portrait of scrooge for 15 yrs.
and what if Scrooge's newphews and WEbby would get hurt in stuff Glomgold was doing, he wouldnt care right?

Maybe. Now about that episode, I found it strange that the trial was so short. Being Scrooge McDuck, you'd think he had several first-rate, high-priced lawyers fighting for his case. Maybe he doesn't trust lawyers, or is too stingy to pay them.
"and what if Scrooge's newphews and WEbby would get hurt in stuff Glomgold was doing, he wouldnt care right?"
I don't think so. He's never directly posed any threat to them before. In fact, has Glomgold interacted with any other characters besides Scrooge?
Merlock from the movie was probably the most dangerous.
And yes, I wonder too why didn't Glomgold got any jail time for framing Scrooge; heck, even the police went unpunished.
I found the whole episode to be one of those that chuck all sense out of the window to tell a story. Scrooge didn't just not have a top lawyer to defend his case, he wasn't given a chance to defend himself *period*. They all just pointed fingers at him and chucked him into prison without anyone saying anything to the contrary!

shareYou bunch of inbred losers...It is obvioulsy El Capitan from the great 5 part story arc in the history of modern television, "Treasure of the Golden Suns". If you don't think so then I got a big fat knob that you can choke on...

Agreed. El Capitan was completely out of control.
Definately Glomgold; he tried to saw Scrooge in half just to prevent him from getting some gold in "Ducky Mountain High".
shareGlomgold - with Scrooge himself as a close second.
shareTime. It's everyone's greatest enemy.
