first 5 episodes on DVD
Anyone know why the first 5 eps aren't on the season 1 DVD, and where I can find them?
shareDuckTales was not released on DVD by season, but by volume (and sadly they have yet to release the final volume). The five part pilot can be found on DVD volume 2. Also it is available for streaming on Amazon, so you can watch it free if you have Amazon Prime.
shareThe episodes were released in production order instead of continuity. Fans weren't happy, so starting with Talespin and Darkwing Duck, the pilots were included on the start of the first volume.

Really? I always assumed the five part "Curse of the Golden Suns" was produced first?
