I know she's after the shares and plans to hand them to Ridge after she marries Bill but she seems to really be in love with him as well.

Bill already knows what she's planning to do and is okay with it so long as Brooke marries him.

Agreed Brooke loves Brooke. After everything she put Katie through with telling Bill she loved him, kissing him and then promising nothing would happen, etc. Now that she has him, she seems more into Ridge. If she leaves Bill 5 mins after getting him, then how much could she have loved him

Honestly, I think Brooke does 'love' Bill, exactly the same way Brooke has lived every other man who was unavailable. If history is anything to go by, this will not last. Bill will get tired of her or vice versa, but two people as self absorbed as they both are is just not a long lasting match.
