So sad

I know most posters do not like Quinn, but she was such a beautiful bride today and when she saw that the family did not show up for the wedding it was so sad. I like her and Eric together. I think she really loves him.

reply

Its worst that her son did not even show up. That is awful.

reply

It WAS sad!

And I had a thought (uh-oh)...! Why would you want to make a crazy woman even crazier or more demented? Showing up at her wedding would have helped her sanity more than not showing up!

I hope they keep Quinn sane for just a while longer...but I can easily see how Ridge and the rest of the family could make her careen off the tracks into disastrous revenge.

Better yet...maybe Eric will go completely off on them, which might put him in the hospital with Quinn right by his side, showing his family her devotion to him.

I like Quinn mainly because I like Rena Sofer

The only thing I don't like is how they're making her so nicey nicey in Eric's world.

I get they feel they have to do it but people with attitudes are much more fun to watch.

I'm hoping Eric tells Ridge and all of the family how he's never been more ashamed of them in all of his life ... though I'm sure it won't sink in.

I don't know... Apart of me felt bad but did Quinn ever really pay for her crime of kidnapping Liam? In hindsight, she's done some pretty despicable things and never really did anything to redeem herself. She went straight from stealing Liam to fighting with Steffy, to moving on with Eric. So I can kind of see the family's point... Where's the justice for Liam?

-It's Grandpa. And it sounds like he's gotten into the horseradish again.

reply

Quinn WAS willing to pay for her crime involving Liam. She went to the police station and sat face to face with Liam and the detectives and Liam decided to not press charges, because the public would find out.

I thought Quinn talked to Liam at the police station because he hadn't figured out if he wanted to press charges. I remember the officer saying he couldn't hold her much longer if Liam didn't want to proceed. And Quinn kept saying Liam would never go through with it because he cared too much. And then she kept showing up at his house.

Plus she pushed Deacon off a cliff, and somehow he got over it.

I do not feel bad for her at all! But I have this creepy feeling that 'everyone' will show up on Monday's episode.

Don't forget she tried to kill Deacon by pushing him off a cliff (although I still believe she succeeded)!

And her dress looks like a nightgown.

reply

What do you mean by succeeded? We have seen Deacon since... Is he a ghost or hallucination- though that would be awesome! If Stephanie can be a poltergeist why not deacon. :)

reply

Do you remember when he showed up at her 'cabin' with seaweed all over him. Who would pull themselves out of the ocean and make their way back to her place and NOT REMOVE THE SEAWEED FROM THEIR BODY? That was one of the reasons I thought maybe he was really dead. Somebody from the board (I can't remember who) said that Bill had spoken to Deacon when I mentioned that nobody had seen him since Quinn pushed him off the cliff. I don't remember Bill & Deacon talking but... who knows?

reply

Haha yeah I do remember him turning up covered in seaweed and thinking how absurd it was. But it is correct that he did meet with Bill. It was after Quinn escaped from the locked closet and Bill was hell bent on finding her. Deacon went to his office (or was summoned?) and Bill demanded / blackmailed him in an attempt to get him to spill on where she was.

It never occurred to me that he was dead- and I don't think it is the case, but I like it!

reply

?????? Your post is kind of confusing, because Deacon has been in quite a few scenes since the seaweed one. He was hanging out with Quinn a lot right before she went to Monte Carlo, and actually helped make her reservation, and was trying to talk her out of going...and YES, Bill had Deacon in his office trying to get info from him on Quinn's whereabouts at one point.

reply

Seriously? That's all eric deserves for putting his libido above his family's safety, for forcing this psycho criminal on his family. Not sad at all.

reply

I don't get why they would have even been considering going to the wedding or why Eric and Quinn would be so confident they would show up. That was bizarre.

reply

I like Quinn, but as much as she's hated by the entire family, it makes sense they wouldn't show up.
