How can Quinn run the Forrester when all she run was a small local jewelry company?
She can run it alright.......right into the ground. This story is hilarious. POA doesn't mean nutzo can fire anyone. Steffy owns 25%. Quinn owns ZERO. And poor diaper boy was just standing there looking like a doofus with that dumb whistler face.

I'm assuming they're both still at the company, just not in leadership roles.
This show doesn't really understand the rigors of making a change like this. If Forrester is a global brand like they claim it is, you can't just remove a President and a CEO at the snap of a finger. That would destroy the image of a company more than any value gained by adding a talented jewelry designer.
Eric knows this and I suspect he won't be pleased with Quinn's decision (if/when) he finds out about it.
