Why is it that when both Steffy and Ridge told Eric that Ridge should be CEO, he didn't point out the fact that only last month Ridge tried to sabotage the company by ruining an important fashion show? Anyone who would do that should be fired, not promoted to CEO! At this point, Nicole deserves to be CEO more than Ridge.

If you are going to hold trying to ruin the fashion show against Ridge (as you should!) then Steffy is just as culpable in trying the same thing. Ridge can huff and puff all he wants but all Steffy had to do was put on the dress. If anything it should disqualify her more because it is clear when push comes to shove, she respects the whims of her dad more than the potential damage it would do to the company.
shareWhile I agree that Steffy has shown she may be a pushover for her father, as far as I recall she didn't actively try to sabotage the show. Even after Ridge decided to pull the dress, Steffy still considered putting it on, but Ridge said no. Though she didn't show enough backbone, at least she wasn't actively plotting against the company the way Ridge was.
