Steffy - I think she will...

turn down the CEO promotion, because of three things :

1. she doesn't want Wyatt think she is taking him back
2. she doesn't want Quinn to think she is on her side
3. she doesn't want her Dad to be passed over

But of course, then Quinn will remain CEO.

My reasons for thinking she will take it are as follows:
1: she is a self-centred, entitled brat.
2: as above.

i believe she will accept but she aint going back to wyatt, that will be the surprise going forward becuz quinn and wyatt think her going back to him is a done deal if she accepts the position.

I don't know. She may not plan to go back to Wyatt but a woman that kidnaps and sleeps with a man isn't above playing dirty again. I could see Quinn making it look like Steffy and Wyatt are up to something or trapping them in an elevator or sending them on a business trip together.

Her NOT going back to Wyatt is the most interesting twist they can give to this, unless they write Liam to go off the rails, and he ends up killing Quinn after Steffy goes back to Wyatt.

reply

She's not going back to that loser. She keeps looking at him with pity. All she feels for that sap is sympathy. He's pathetic and still needs mommy and now his new daddy to meddle so they can try to get him a woman. Sad.

Yeah this.

To entice Steffy to take the job, I think Quinn should have offered to step down out of FC ... which she already said she would be spending more time at home anyway.

Then after Steffy agreed to take the job, in a few days, Eric talks Quinn into remaining at FC for a month. This would have infuriated the Forrester brats and made a much more interesting plot.

The way they chop and change CEOs at the drop of a hat and with seemingly no shareholder consultation, what is to stop Steffy taking the CEO job and then once in power, appointing Ridge CEO. Who has the ultimate power in that company??

I believe that FC is still a 'privately held' company, so whoever has the most shares is really in control. But since the shares are so spread out through the 'family' no one person can take 'complete' control. That was why Brooke wanted to get Bill's shares so they (Ridge, Rick, etc.) could get rid of Quinn.

How did Bill Spencer get shares in Forrester anyway?

Opinions are like armpits: Most everyone has two and they usually stink. But have a great day!!!!!

Bill bought Donna's 12.5% that she was awarded when she divorced Eric.
