Did Ridge really just call Ivy a turncoat?

The man who tried to hijack his son's firstborn child and multiple times betrayed his father (the coup attempt, boycotting the wedding, lied about Power of Attorney) dares to call someone else in the family a turncoat? Is this fool for real?

reply

He's a jerk. Eric was always kind to Ivy and he's her uncle. Ridge never had much to say to her, Steffy hasn't exactly tried to be her pal and Thomas tried to sleep with her. She owes them nothing.

reply

And I remember the way Ridge behaved when Ivy suggested she be the Face of Forrester. He never even *considered* it in favor of his daughter. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying she should have, but he not only refused to consider it but accused Thomas of betrayal when Thomas agreed with Ivy! (Of course we all know Thomas only agreed with Ivy because of the video tape)

Ridge doesn't even *consider* her suggestion, yet she's supposed to somehow be loyal to him instead of the uncle who cherishes her?! Ugh.

reply

It's no surprise. King Ridge never cared much for the colonists.

Thomas slept with his girlfriend. What did he expect?

reply

Wasn't his girlfriend at the time.

reply

Yeah and isn't Ivy his niece? That's so mean. I mean Wyatt doesn't deserve it either, but Ivy is his family

-Who is it?
-It's Grandpa. And it sounds like he's gotten into the horseradish again.

reply

Ivy is Ridge's cousin. Since I've been watching, Ridge has never been particularly nice towards her.

reply

Thomas tried to bang her. They're not really cousins because Eric isn't Ridge's biological father. Still, gross storyline.

reply

I was trying not to sound like Rick by saying "except Ridge isn't really a Forrester." LOL

reply

It isn't gross, precisely because they're not really cousins. They're as capable of producing healthy children as anyone else; as such, there is nothing unnatural about them having sex.

reply

Does that really matter though? I always wonder if some of the people that say that all of the sudden found out that somebody that they thought was their family member all of their lives and then found out weren't would try to get with them?
