Katie is at it again!
going over to Eric's unannounced with Quin not home. Katie is really getting on my nerves.

She is starting to become what she always hated brooke for.
shareWhat, she's not allowed to visit her friend? I'm no Katie fan, but that's absurd.
shareI know, whenever Katie is over there I'm like "why is she there??" I mean, yeah Quinn is nuts but she asked her not to be there without her presence. Crazy as it seems, I'd personally respect it. Also I'd tell Eric that Quinn asked her not to be there & if he said that's absurd, I'd say talk to your wife. There's a major gap in communication there.
-Who is it?
-It's Grandpa. And it sounds like he's gotten into the horseradish again.

Why do you think she's there? She's there for the same reason anyone is at anyone's house-to see one of the residents.
I mean, yeah Quinn is nuts but she asked her not to be there without her presence.
So? She doesn't need Quinn's permission to see Eric; just as she doesn't need Eric's permission to see Quinn.
Also I'd tell Eric that Quinn asked her not to be there & if he said that's absurd, I'd say talk to your wife. There's a major gap in communication there.
She doesn't need to tell Eric anything. There's no "gap in communication". Katie wanted to see Eric, as is her right, so she did. It's not complicated.
Well personally if someone confronted me about being on there property without there presence (as absurd as it sounds) I wouldn't do it again. I'd feel really uncomfortable being there knowing someone asked me not to be.
And IMO it makes no sense why Quinn, Eric & Katie can't all be in the same room when this "problem" is discussed. Eric always magically goes up to bed when Quinn confronts Katie so he has no idea how she really feels. I'm not saying Quinn is right by banning Katie from the property without her there, but you can't just ignore someone's feelings. Especially when they're asking you not to be alone with there husband. If I were Katie, I'd back off a little or I'd let Eric know that Quinn is asking her to stay away.

She was never on Eric's property without his presence
I'd feel really uncomfortable being there knowing someone asked me not to be.
What you would feel uncomfortable doing is irrelevant. Katie feels perfectly comfortable visiting people, regardless of the opinion of others. It's Eric's house, and Eric says she can visit, so she can.
And IMO it makes no sense why Quinn, Eric & Katie can't all be in the same room when this "problem" is discussed.
They can be; the writers just choose not to do it, which is perfectly within their discretion.
Eric always magically goes up to bed when Quinn confronts Katie so he has no idea how she really feels.
It's not relevant how she "feels". Eric can have visitors in his own house if he wants to.
I'm not saying Quinn is right by banning Katie from the property without her there
She can't ban Katie from the property, because it's not hers; it's Eric's. When Quinn pays for that house, she can decide who does and doesn't come. Until then, it's Eric's call.
you can't just ignore someone's feelings
Yes you can. It's no wonder men don't take women seriously, with silly girls like you talking about frivolous nonsense like "feelings".
Especially when they're asking you not to be alone with there husband.
Eric is not Quinn's property; as such it doesn't matter what Quinn asked her. Eric doesn't need Quinn's permission to visit anyone, alone or otherwise; likewise, Quinn doesn't need Eric's permission either.
If I were Katie, I'd back off a little or I'd let Eric know that Quinn is asking her to stay away.
It's not relevant what you would do; you and Katie are two separate people. Not everyone has to live their lives the way you do.
We're just going to have to agree to disagree.
Quinn is Eric's wife... his property is now her property. She asked Katie not to be there without her because it made her uncomfortable. Katie is a single woman hanging around her husband. If that's "frivolous nonsense", take it up with the writers.
-Who is it?
-It's Grandpa. And it sounds like he's gotten into the horseradish again.
I agree Sandy, Katie should respect Quinn's wishes, and Eric should reinforce it with Katie. I mean , he doesn't have to be rude, but simply say, "Yes I know, but Quinn and I are still reeling from the family's disapproval, blah blah".
An intellectual carrot , the mind boggles
Katie should respect Quinn's wishes
No she shouldn't. Since she's there to see Eric, the only person whose wishes she must respect is Eric. Eric is not Quinn's property; whom he associates with is his own business.
Eric should reinforce it with Katie.
No he shouldn't. Eric should stop seeing Katie if he wants to, not if someone else wants him to. It's Eric's choice, not Quinn's or yours. Marriage has not been slavery for well over forty years which has been demonstrated with the legalization of no-fault divorce, criminalization of marital rape, etc.
I mean , he doesn't have to be rude, but simply say, "Yes I know, but Quinn and I are still reeling from the family's disapproval, blah blah".
He doesn't have to do or say anything. He will decide whom he will and will not be friends with, not you. I'm sorry if the fact that Eric has rights offends you.
Quinn is Eric's wife... his property is now her property.
Typical entitled princess who thinks that just because she married some guy, she deserves something that she didn't earn. Sorry, but Eric signed a prenup precisely to protect himself from gold diggers like you. Accordingly, his property is still his property
She asked Katie not to be there without her because it made her uncomfortable.
Too bad. Since she is there to see Eric, the only person whose comfort matters is Eric's. Eric does not seem uncomfortable with her presence. Eric will decide who Eric sees in Eric's house, not Quinn. Marriage is not slavery and has not been since the 1970s. He is free to see whom he wants to, regardless of Quinn's comfort or lack thereof. He has rights; sorry if that offends you.
Katie is a single woman hanging around her husband.
I see. So you're a sexist. Good to know.
If that's "frivolous nonsense", take it up with the writers.
There's nothing to take up with the writers, since they presumably agree with me. The writers didn't say or imply that Katie was doing anything wrong; you did.
Quinn has not told Eric Ridge saw her naked outside. Quinn and Eric is not going to be together for long.
shareExactly. And judging by the end of today's show and the way Quinn was flipping out, she's already developed feelings for Ridge which was probably the one thing she didn't want to happen.
shareThen what about Ridge and Brooke, will that leave the door open for Bill.
shareI'm hoping she will tell Eric, but I don't think she will, not because of her having or not having feelings for Ridge, but because Eric and Ridge are at least on speaking terms again.
An intellectual carrot , the mind boggles
Quinn isn't required to be home. She's there to see Eric, not Quinn.
shareI knew that Quinn marriage with Eric is not going to last anyway. I thought a possibility that maybe Kimberlin Brown would return as Sheila Carter. One of Eric's ex wives and purposely ruin Quinn. Give Quinn pure hell. That would be her karma from what she would have done to Liam. The reason why I thought about Sheila because she was mentioned months ago. When someone is mentioned they will likely return. I know Sheila had unfinished business with the Forresters. But nowadays if you be one of Sheila's victims you will likely murdered by her. So I guess the show doesn't want to kill off Quinn. Because we know Quinn would not stand a chance with Sheila.
