I know! Katie has a short memory. She was crazy every time she saw Brooke and Bill together as "just friends."
What's worse, is Katie and Eric have Never Been Close, and the show is acting like they have always been "dear friends."
But Brooke and Bill were not "just friends", they were rolling around in his office hidden room planning their future together. Quinn, on the the other hand, is freaked out about Eric and Katie because she is completely bonkers. There has not been anything between them so far for her to be so jealous of.
Quinn is trying to break up Liam and Steffy, and that's what she is saying to Liam and what Katie is reacting to. Quinn would not want anyone to see that tape and know that she has not changed, for the few people who believe she has.
I disagree- I don't think Quinn said anything to Liam that she wouldn't have said aloud in front of Eric or anyone. She was simply stating a reality that is probably coming true. Liam and Steffy will be done soon. There is nothing to that tape. And Katie and now Brooke damn well know it's nothing.
