Ridge is just asking to get falsely accused of rape.
Quinn would not want Eric to know about this in the event that she does in fact sleep with him. Who has better incentive to make a false rape accusation than a woman who's been caught cheating? Not to mention that she's been drinking-she could easily claim that she "didn't know any better" and that he "took advantage of her". She'll have to call the police, of course, to maintain credibility. And the jury won't care if he's innocent-he's a man and she's a woman so he'll be convicted on her word alone. Ridge is a dumbass if he goes through with this!
