Based off Sally's introduction being that she flirted with Thomas and now she's apparently starting a fashion house while Thomas is becoming frustrated with work, that's exactly where I think this is going. My guess is it's why Caroline has been taken off contract, because Thomas is going to be paired up with Sally instead.

Totally. My dad and I were discussing this yesterday. Thorne went to work for Spectra on occasion when he would get frustrated at Forrester, and I want to say Ridge did once as well. But, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm remembering incorrectly. Lol.
