There doesn't seem to be any mention of this character.

But she looks like/sounds like Cameron Diaz...?

LOL, i just noticed that, anyway the actress is called Dedee Pfeiffer, for some strange reason she is called Amaretto on IMDB listings.

The previous post is correct. The character's name was 'Alison Hicks,' her strip-bar alias was 'Ameretto' whlst the actresses real name is Dedee Pfeiffer. She also appeared in the US TV sitcom called 'Cybill' with Cybill Sheppard (not sure if I spelt those correctly). She played the eldest daughter who had the long term boyfriend / husband character and a baby or something like that.
