Scared the hell out of me!

When I saw this film, it scared the hell out of me but I was about five at the time. Anybody else feel the same way? I do remember it being pretty good though.

I remember it being scary and funny. I haven't seen it since the 80s though.

Yep, this movie scared me as well - but I was about 13 - I remember we had it as one of our "scary movies" for a sleepover weekend. I recently got a copy and I absolutely love it - a true classic.

I also seen it when I was around 5 to 8 years old, and it did leave its mark on me.

I purchased a copy and it arrived today, I just finished watching it 15 minutes ago.

It's still a good movie, would have liked a sequel to this cult classic.

Worth Mentioning

Fright Night & part 2 (I know 'what else is new’; well a remake is in the works, not happy about that)

From Dusk Till Dawn (Another masterpiece, with two sequels not really worth watching)

Tales from the Crypt: Bordello of Blood (Underrated, really good horror comedy especially that randy guy who entices young men and leads them to their deaths)

Vampire Journals (although not a comedy it does have Vampires in clubs which is always fun to watch worth checking out)

I’d better stop before I start recommending every vampire movie I like.

******SPOILERS**************

I was really young when I saw this movie as well when we were on holiday and it has stayed with me a long time especially the bit where she pulls her heart out and when she decays at the end

I was 11 when I saw this. I was running my mom crazy to rent it for me when it came out because I was LOVED Grace Jones and vampires.
I was loving the movie until she ripped out the Asian girls heart. The way the girl had pleaded to Katrina-that she would never let her down again. It stuck with me a long time.

No good deed goes unpunished
