How did Duncan become a vampire he wasn't bit can anyone clarify for me?

I havent seen it in a while but i think while the story is on Keith maybe Duncan was having fun with a stripper and bites him.

That is very likely, ThaUnholy. However, the blooper reel contained several clips of scenes that were not included in the movie. One such scene shows a vampire on top of the car, punching his/her fist through near Duncan. I think that deleted scene might explain how Duncan got bit. I think the scene where Duncan turns probably happened right after the deleted scene of the vampire on the car. It would explain how Duncan got bit. It would also explain why Keith just randomly asks Duncan if he is okay then smiles and sighs when Duncan says he is hungry.

Duncan is also by himself for a lot of the movie, sitting in the club while the kid is running around on the streets being chased by albinos. He could've been bitten by any of the stripper vamps then.

Didn't they show him also lying in the dumpster with the two other guys? The main guy saw the first guy but didn't see him. I think it was a quick cut put in there at the last moment, because it'd have been otherwise left unexplained. Though it's kind of stupid, because he wasn't scared of the fire. This is such a pretty movie to look at, but it could've been better.
