Excelsior just sits there
for 2 movies in space dock. although someone was saying launch all vessels in the dock

There was also no reason in trying to launch it, because right after they had ordered to launch of all vesels, one of the crewmen clearly said, that the space doors did not work.
Less than a minute later, the entire space dock and the ships within it experienced a black out and exterior shot showed the entire space station go dark.
