After she gets hurt from the oxygen tank leak-thrust. We are left to believe that she is unconscious for quite a while, yet tells the team, on the cabin radio, to leave her and just go for the re-entry window. (I even think the next shot of her is with her eyes closed and not moving.)
The during re-entry, we hear her, on the radio, say "Keep the nose at 30 degrees", then cuts to her in pain, grabbing her shoulder. It does not seem like she was up to speaking at that instant.
It seems there was a lot of bad editing, and cutting...
I believe that Kate Capshaw, did provide her own voice since it sounds like her, but as for dubbing, I don't know given what I said above.
In some cases, it maybe an editing problem, with her voice not matching her mouth movements.
The rest of it, Kate may just be one of those people that doesn't speak with much inflection.
