Who played the bad guy who was blonde on there. I was watching this at work and didn't have the sound on so I don't know his character's name. He was kinda cute.

Watching it at work with the volume off is arguably the best, perhaps only way to view Solarbabies. Though it's a priceless example of 1980s cheese/camp. :-)
The blond "villain" in the Scorpions is Peter Kowanko, a very handsome Aussie actor who retired a few years later. If he was offered roles like this, it's hardly surprising. Kinda cute is an understatement. But then the cast featured several major hotties, including Peter DeLuise (very cute in his 20s), the sexy James LeGros, Adrian Pasdar (though his "Native American" get-up is ridiculous), and especially, Jason Patric who is quite simply beautiful in his early roles.

Yes, Peter has bulked up. Looks quite manly, no longer the pretty boy! His brother Michael was equally sexy when younger, but hasn't aged well. I was quite disappointed by his appearance (not to mention the rather tiresome character!) on Gilmore Girls.
But the way they looked 20 years ago: Wow! Whoda thunk roly-poly Dom DeLuise had such great genes! LOL
