I think if they made a remake of this movie the perfect casting for Marty would be Michael Seater. He could do Marty to a T.

Matt! I really like Justin Long. He's got sex appeal, he can pull off dry humor, and I'd LOVE to see him really angry. Like Wahlberg in "Fear" kinda angry. Crazy angry, ya know? Or what about Shia Labeouf? I think he could do it. I'll need to rewatch the movie to decide who I think would fit the bill to play the other characters... but the hot successful one. What was her name in the movie? Was that Caroline? Who could play her... Let me know what you think!

hey i like how you think. and i am a big justin long fan myself. he's a fantastic actor. i dug him when he played warren chezwick on the tv series ed. i like shia lebeouf too. he could definetly play marty also. it's a very tough call. the beautiful brunette in the movie is carol manning. played by caroline munro. i would like either rose mcgowen or alicia silverstone or drew barrymore as possibilities for the role of carol. i'm not sure about the rest of the cast.

i was just thinking about a remake for this movie.
i think that it would be cool maybe also for the coach to have turned out to be the killer because i thought that when i watched it the first time.
maybe then we could get a dvd release also
i feel the same way you do about that. marty would be too obvious as the killer. and you know janitor digby didn't need to die. he couldn't see exactly what was happening. quite honestly it didn't seem like the coach liked marty as well as the gang.
