My question is, how Marty had the strenght to lift the janitor like
michael mayer of halloween, seem like he doesn't had the enough force
to do that. and his body remains the same shape that he got when he was
in the school.
Remember the entire thing ended up being a dream Marty was having at the mental hospital.

Well, no offense to anyone here but sometimes criminally insane people can get "super human" type strength...they're very strong...the human body tends to compensate in other places when its weak in certain areas (i.e blind ppl have keen hearing and smelling)
