I enjoyed this movie alot, it is NOT terrible/sh-tty/etc.. ..

If anything, I give it a 7/10. There were some great set pieces, like with the deterriorating hallways, the killers costume was great, there is this one great shot where one of the guys in hanged and in the background is the killers sillohette, larger than life. I don't know what people are harping on about, this wasn't any less crappier but enjoyable than most other 80's horror flicks.

My original new sig was too many characters too long. So, this is all I've got.

I agree. This flick was a lot of vintage 80's cheesy slasher fun. I especially dug the literally "hot" sex scene.

By the time this flick was released, there had already been 7 or 8 years of one cheesy Halloween / Friday the 13th rip-off after another being made...like, for every one decent new entry into the genre post-1980, such as the first Nightmare On Elm Street movie, there were dozens of far lesser efforts. For me, Slaughter High was never a scary flick. Not even intentionally campy, just unintentionally silly with a peculiar ending. I will say that Simon Scuddamore was easily the best thing the film had going for it; Marty Rantzen is a fairly memorable early-to-mid 1980s slasher flick character.
