Plus, if you look at the scenes where they're on vacation in Florida they looked like they were in good shape. Not Stallone/Schwarzenegger type of shape, but both appeared to be fairly ripped.

HA, good one. When they were both shirtless fishing on the boat, it showed they were both fit....but fit is light-years from ripped.

I have a couple of personal things again Billy Crystal, but I think he played one of the most memorable characters of the 80s. We'll never see the chemistry of him and Gregory Hines again.

They weren't tough, in fact they make fun of the rookies for trying to be tough. Ray and Danny were more loose cannon wise-asses that played by their own rules.
