Shortly before the end of the film, during the crucial conversation between Mr. Emerson and Lucy, beautiful but very quiet choir can be heard in the background. Does anyone knows the name of that music?

Yes, it's one of the best scenes in the movie. Mr. Emerson's honest, powerful words, Lucy's little breakdown and that quiet, heavenly choir in the background. She finally frees her true self from shell. It's beautiful moment, emotional climax of the movie and it works perfectly.
I usually watch A Room With a View at least two times in a year. Entire cast is fantastic. My favorites are Maggie Smith, Denholm Elliott and of course, Daniel Day-Lewis (I think this is the only time we saw him in comedic role). And Helena was so cute back then with that baby face
