Kinda wish (spoilers)

I wish he had ended up with Monique. Maybe I'm a bit bias cause I think she's gorgeous. I get he was in love with his wife but from a viewer's perspective we just didn't have any time to warm up to her or their relationship. Plus, the little we saw of her, she was so miserable and unhappy. I did sympathize with her a bit, but again, there was no time for me to warm up to them as a couple. There was more time spent with Monique and Mark's chemistry with with her was hot and she really did seem to be falling in love with him. I felt bad for her in the end. I kinda wish in the end he returned to his wife but things didn't work out and he left to find Monique. I find it hard to believe the thought of being with her didn't cross his mind. I wonder how it would have worked out once Monique knew the truth about him, though. He obviously couldn't support that gambling lifestyle of hers on his salary lol.
