Anyone else think that Tarantino stole the idea for True Romance from this movie? The plots are a little similar, grabbing the wrong bag full of drugs, couple being chased down by drug dealers(mobsters), and Daryl and dizz kind of remind me of Clarence and Alabama. Any thoughts?

Patricia Arquette sounds exactly like Sissy Spacek.
Tony Scott directed True Romance but i wonder if Tarantino had some pull as the writer.
