I think John Matuzcak is the biker that chases Demi Moore's character into the toilets at the petrol station. (the one with the pink hair).
He was the biker dude who ends up in the water with the fish stuck to his pointy hair.

OMG! (it's not what you think)
The sight gag of the fish stuck (speared/harpooned) to his spiked hair is tired but never stops being funny. A cartoonish gag that I've seen before and after in live action and animated comedies; punk guy with a spiked (ususally a spiked mohawk) hairstyle falls into the water of a lake, ocean or river and when he surfaces he has his spiked hair still in place with one or more small fish suck to the pointed edges as if the hair was made from steel.
Does anyone know of other live-action or animation TV shows or movies that feature the same spiked hair gag? Let me know.
