Am I missing something just after the falling stone incident when Adso chases Ron Permans character is it just me or doesn't scene jump oddly from the chase to the "capture" was something cut for time or ratings does anyone know?

Just re-watched it (after... many years). I checked that scene: it was just roughly cut.
