PLS HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS QUOTE!!! IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!! LOL

Um, I do not want to sound amazingly unintelligent but I didn't understand one of the things Martha Plimpton said in this movie...She said to River Phoenix (RIP- what a wonderful actor he was) "I think about you when I go to the bathroom". That quote has been bothering me for a while and I know that it is a famous quote and probably everyone (but me) understands it (LOL). Someone even said it was a "beautiful" quote...But I have yet to find out what it actually means. I'm sorry if I seem ignorant but this is really bugging me!!!...

Martha's quote meant that she touches herself while thinking of River's fine ass in the bathroom...

Actually, I remember when we first saw the movie (I was probably about 14 or 15) and she said that line... my Mom said something like, "Now see, I would have found that disgusting."

Hahaha, super funny:)!! And I especially like it when River turns in amazement, lol:)! What a cute face he makes:)! And when she mimics this again to him when they're off the boat, he looks so lost at her and then he looks around, he's completely adorable and cute! God bless him, we love you, River!

omg when i first read the 2nd post on the board i thought that martha plimpton and river phoenix were the siblings in the film and i was like ewww gross! but then i looked it up and was much relieved. i'm such a retard : )
