Skull Island is located in Borneo?
In King Kong, why didnt they see civilization other than those voodoo people, normal people live in Borneo.

In Dino's 1976 King Kong,the Skull Island location was filmed in Hawai.In Kong Lives,Queen Kong was caught in Borneo(not Skull Island).The 2 apes were brought back to Borneo at the end of the film.
That helps explain why King and Queen never knew about each other. If they were both from the same island, the events of the 1976 remake would've never happened. share
