RUSSICO has a page for Kin-dza-dza up now, which claims that their official DVD version will be "coming soon". They list it with a 2005 release date, although it still hasn't appeared on their main catalogue. Here's the link:

RUSSICO's DVD's usually have subtitles in 14 different languages or thereabouts, and lots of extras. If their STALKER DVD is anything to go by, this should be a tremendous release!
