At 1 hour, 43 minutes, 10 seconds

When Silver says "Look over at the slope. Is that perfect?" You can see he actually said something slightly different. (on Netflix now)

I've noticed this same phenomenon, countless times in many other movies, and it's usually during an "offensive" or "blue" remark...but not always.

Anyways...can anyone who works on sound and/or voice-overs in movies/TV explain why this happens so frequently?

I already know about the voice overs that must occur when actor's back's are turned, and the producers ask the writers to "punch up" the dialog, but this other phenomenon seems different and more related to "curse words" or "racist words".

Off the top of my head....this also happens when the younger sister in "Who's Harry Crumb" (on Pluto-TV now) first meets Harry, and calls out for her dad to meet Harry at their mansion. (first quarter of movie)

You wasted much of my time yesterday. It took me almost an hour to find this DVD at my house. Then I went to the 1 hour and 43 minute part of the movie and did not see Silver. Please be more through and precise when making posts
