For those who were around in 1985 and expecting a sequel?

Were you really expecting to see a confrontation between Miaygi and Kreese? I know I was. Was a little different than I had expected though.

I don't think I ever suspected a sequel, but glad that it happened. (Though, in retrospect, I wish part III never happened. Ugh.) Part II is my favorite. Kumiko was my childhood crush growing up.

Was not expecting a Miyagi/Kreese showdown. It was a pleasant surprise.
