in the scene when the japanese are using the chopsticks eating the noodles, they are using right hands, shouldn't the japanese be left-handers?

Huh? What do you mean?

I'm right-handed and I hold chopsticks in my right hand. Have done so all my life.

My mother is Oriental and she's the same way.

Where did you get the idea that the Japanese eat with their left hand? Most Japanese, like most people in the world, are right-handed.

Maybe you were confused by the fact that the Japanese DRIVE on the left-hand side of the road.
