I'm looking for movies or TV or any media similar to Gung Ho.
Things that involve a foriegn company taking over an American (or actually any nationality) factory or bussiness.
So far all I have is this, and the Simpsons episode the involves the Germans taking over the Nuclear power plant.

Local hero is about an American oil company taking over a town in Scotland to build a refinery. Not neccessarily about taking over another company but similar but a very good movie dealing with culture clash and big company appetite to conquer

Not exactly a takeover, but ‘Rising Sun’ involves a Japanese firm that has entered the American scene with a state-of-the-art high rise office building, which is negotiating with the government officials for permission to take over a US weapons contractor. The film revolves around a murder investigation, highlighting cultural differences between America and Japan, cutting-edge (1993) video surveillance technology, and divided loyalties on both sides.
It wasn't really a takeover as the old business had closed. The movie "Outsourced" is a similar one except the US company sends someone to open up in a foreign country rather than the other way around.
