Scratch that. Nowadays, somebody would call the script racist and it would never see the light of day.
Still, a big shout out to whichever ratings board decided to rate this as appropriate for young teens.

Man, you gotta love the 80's - an R rated comedy and it's not vulgar
The profanities are used in a realistic and fitting manner and add to the "fun but not buffoonish" atmosphere of the movie. Current comedies just don't get that having f bombs in every sentence three times, doesn't make them funny, edgy or closer to a realistic conversation.
