Prequel!
Why don't they make a prequel to how Basil and Ratigan originally cross paths?
Then again it may be completely watered down due to the times we in which in we live.
Disney has seemed all pre/sequeled for a couple of years re: the classics. Let's just be thankful for that, and hope it lasts.
