I originally gave it a 6 cause I didn't like that the one adorable counselor (who actually did her job well!) got violently killed.
Now, i still don't like that but rest of the movie is fun so a 7.

I used to find this film kind of boring compared to the rest of the series, but for some reason I got a lot more enjoyment out of it this time. Sometimes movies take several viewings for me to really appreciate them and I think this is a lot better than some of the later sequels like Jason X, Freddy vs. Jason, and Jason Goes to hell.
