and forgot how cheesy this is. Especially when they played the Beach Boys song......I wanted to cover my face.
Having said that, it is an interesting story & I would like to see a re-make done.
maybe not a remake, but like a sequel or have it involve another boy or something. Have the boy go to phaelon or something. one of my childhood favorite movies!
shareWell technically he DOES go to phaelon, but they don't show it. That is why 8 years went by, because he travelled faster than light to that planet and back. But I loved this movie growing up,
I remember watching it more than a dozen times, probably more than any other movie at that age. I just watched it again, and its great! I thought the plot line was complex enough to keep one interested, with a tasteful representation of time travel, and the bit where they were downloading info from his brain was rad.
