Excitement and Sadness
I just took the Hollywood Studios Backlot Tour 8 days ago and can confirm the ship from the movie is still there. It was exciting to see it, but the excitement changed as the tour drove by the front of the ship and you could see it was all chipped up. A shame they don't fix it up. :(
