then what is a Second class Maneuver?

I think they should have had;
Third Class = Very Fast subsonic Zero up to speed of sound
Second Class = Super Fast Supersonic faster than sound up to Light Speed
First Class = Faster than Light Speed to Time Travel Speed

Probably not since 'speed of sound' is pretty specific to Earth's atmosphere. So too would be anything related to the physiology of the passenger.
