He says "Get back Jack I've got a gun" Any idea why he said "Jack" and not 'Jeff'?

He's afraid and doesn't know it's Jeff. He's warning a would-be pervert to go away.

DeepFriedJello said it exactly. He knew someone was lurking, but he didn't know it was Jeff (until he jumped down). For all he knew, it could've been a sexual predator/rapist (or otherwise a person with bad intentions). He was saying that to discourage them from trying anything. He didn't actually have a gun, but the individual wouldn't know that.

That confused me, too. I guess it's just a general nickname like in the song Hit the Road, Jack.
