...The female main character lies floating in some pond when the male main character sees her for the first time?

I'm asking because I came to think of this old movie I saw a looooooong time ago; where the above happened. I really don't remember anything else about it, the only thing I'm positive about is that the actress from Highlander II starred in it. So I went over her list of movies here on IMDB and this one seemed the most likely to be the movie I'm thinking of. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

A bit of a bummer if this indeed is the movie though, since it seems impossible to get a hold of :\

Yes ANN...this is the movie you're looking for.
The scene on the lake, it's when Lisa it's suposed to the Ophelia, the famous character in a famous painting from the impressionisme era. Surely you can find a copy at ebay...

Yes, Joe comes across Lisa lying in the water. She was in the process of taking her self-portrait as Ophelia, the tragic herione from Shakespeare's Hamlet.

John Everett Millais was an English Pre-Raphaelite painter, and though there are many renditions of Ophelia, his is one of the most famous.

El Paso, Texas...ever heard of it?
