dialogue during mass scene
During the mass for Denise Nasland, Keppel, Dunn, and Larsen are having a conversation about the killer. I can't make out what Keppel says at a certain point. I'm not able to get captions on my Warner Bros. DVD of this movie, nor my television. Here's part of the dialogue:
LARSEN: No, no. Just a feature. What's to cover?
DUNN: Hey, don't rub it in, Dick. We're getting enough flack.
KEPPEL: <indecipherable> gross incompetence as best we can.
What does Keppel say right before gross incompetence?
Thanks
