is this the movie where the female character has her arm torn off somehow but later pulls it out of a magazine rack and starts beating/fighting a guy with it like a club?.....if i remember correctly it was in a hospital

if this isn't the movie, does anyone know what movie i'm thinking of?

do you know what movie it is though?.....it's driving me crazy not knowing what movie that was from......it was either about cyborgs or zombies......
