shareYes, and the producers should have no trouble getting sizeable seed money from the billiards companies like Brunswick, Gandy, et al, considering that both The Hustler and The Color Of Money sparked the most significant spikes in billiard's popularity since the post-WWII decline.

I'll admit, I sorta like the idea of an unnecessary sequel to The Color of Money with Cruise. But, it's not going to happen.
On a side note, it would be cool to see another quality pool movie.
