Cobra: The revised script of "Beverly Hills Cop"

So, this is the movie that was Sylvester Stallone's revised version of "BHC". When Paramount rejected Stallone's revised script, he took it to United Artists, who accepted Stallone's revision. I'm glad things worked out so well with the original "BHC" script - where Eddie Murphy was selected in the role of Axel Foley, as Murphy brought the perfect screen presence to the role with comedic panache. I am nearly in the process of seeing "Cobra" for the first time, so I guess Stallone's revised script worked out well after all. On a final note, had Stallone accepted the "BHC" lead role, his character's name would have been Axel Cobretti, correct?

Larry Appleton: "...a plan!"
