I just wish they would make the whole series in movies. I've loved the books since I first started reading them when I was in 6th grade and even though books turned into movies aren't always that great I would love to be able to watch the movie.
shareEh, Clan of the cave bear and Valley of the horses would be good...but face it Once things got into the Mammoth Hunters it would be very near to Porno since in the books everyone was doing it all the time. It was celebrated at every moment. Spring festivals was a time to have sex, hunting was a time to have sex. Finding a wolf cub eating your inner foot covering was a reason to have sex. Then rape and interbreeding which was considered a horrible abomination gets thrown all over the place in Plains of Passage.... In today's movie market everything would either be cut or rated X.

shareChange a lot of things. It makes me sick to read a book and they come out with a moive for it but its all wrong. Its horrible. I try not to reach books or watch movies that were made from books so I can enjoy the movie but not be disgusted. They could tone down the sex and stuff that would be fine, i would enjoy it if they tried to actually do the story not think, hey good idea lets *beep* it up.
shareI jus posted a similar response but yeah, it would be like a porn. They could do one of those fading things though where you know what's going to happen you know what I mean? Like they kiss and then it fades to the next day and they're sprawled out and stuff. I didn't even like reading the sex scenes, I don't really want to watch them.

I mean fade most of them. Of course first rites would probably still be showed though.
Also, has anyone heard anything about the sixth book yet?
