searching for an old cavemen movie ???????

I remember only a few scenes from this movie. it was about a cavemen girl, but the movie suggested that it is a post apocaliptic world and those are some post apocaliptic cavemen. There was a scene when this girl finds a piece of mirror and looks in it, she shows it to a ugly friend he roars and throws it to the ground. I remember also that there was a scene when a bad caveman captures the girl, she is unconcious and he is touching here, he's smiling to himself and a piece of spit falls on the girls body. The scene takes place in a cave and theres a lake beneath it inhabited with some carnivorous dinosaurs. please help me with this one! it's driving me crazy! I saw it when i was like 7 or 8 back in early nineties. is it "Clan of the cave bear" or something else??
