Looking for cheesy Die Hard like movie.

I loved chopping mall, and I bet that most on this board, at into less mainstream movies :-) So I hope someone here can help me out.

On youtube I added a BUCH of 80s/90s movies trailers to my favories, because I wanted to buy the movies. BUT youtube banned the user who was the host (DeadEndDriveInDVD) of the trailers, and now I cannot find the names of the movies again :(

This movie I'm looking for takes place in a HIGH building, where I think some bad guys are held as hostages. I dont know why :-P The someone is going to free them, maybe a lady :-S The visuals in the movie are similar to Death Machines and The running man. Hope some one can help me out :-)

I think the movie you are looking for is "Hard to Die" (clever, right?) also directed by Jim Wynorski. I really want to see that movie too, but I can't find it anywhere.
