At the beginning of the movie, during the product demonstration scene, there's a woman talking to the bald guy. Who is that woman? She looks really familiar but I can't quite place my finger on it.

OMG that's totally it. My friend has had a copy of Eating Raoul lying around for the past month and that must be where I have seen those guys.
